TERMS OF SERVICE PROTOCOL

LAST REVISED: AUGUST 5, 2026

1. DELEGATED RESPONSIBILITY

Because the network is end-to-end encrypted and server operators have no mechanism to decrypt or audit message payloads, the client assumes complete liability for all traffic originating from their cryptographic key pair.

2. INTELLECTUAL IDENTITY LOCKS

Usernames are unique handles. The system prohibits duplicate usernames. Handles that have been inactive for more than 180 days may be re-released into the public key pool.

3. HOST TERMINATION

We reserve the right to revoke session tokens and block access to our servers for any client sending malformed packets or attempting to compromise database nodes.
